At Merry Magic Mail, we want every child to experience the magic of receiving a letter from Santa. If something goes wrong with your order, we're here to make it right. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures for all our products.
2. Digital Products
Due to the personalized and instantly-delivered nature of our digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Digital Letters: Non-refundable once the letter has been generated and delivered
- Audio Messages: Non-refundable once the audio has been generated
- Santa Calls: Non-refundable once the call has been initiated
- Technical Issues: Full refund if you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing your purchase
3. Physical Letters
For physical letters, we offer the following return and refund options:
- Damaged in Shipping: Full refund or free replacement
- Printing Errors: Free replacement with corrected letter
- Wrong Address: Re-ship to correct address at no extra cost (if reported within 48 hours)
- Lost in Transit: Full refund or free replacement after 14 days
- Change of Mind: Refund available if order is cancelled before printing (within 24 hours of order)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue with your order, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at support@merrymagicmail.com
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- For damaged items, please attach photos of the damage
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds are returned to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days
6. Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:
- Refunds are not available for orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer
- Promotional or discounted items may have modified refund terms
- Bundle purchases are refunded as a whole, not for individual items
